Every open-box unit we sell is inspected, fully tested and confirmed working before it goes back on the shelf. These are boxes with opened packaging — returns, display units, or surplus stock — not refurbished or repaired units. Who should buy open box?

Open-box units include the box, remote, power supply and cables, ship free in the USA & Canada, and carry the same 30-day return window as everything else in the store. Once a model sells out it's usually gone for good — these are discontinued classics, which is exactly why they're discounted.
