Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

We ship from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to addresses in Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method selected.

International orders, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@ftatronix.com or 1 (613) 400-4588 and we will make it right.
